October 2026 Winners
Toronto Film Awards Announces Its Latest Winners
The Toronto Film Awards is pleased to announce the winners of its latest edition, recognising work across feature and short films, documentaries, animation, experimental cinema, music videos and screenwriting.
This year's results reflect a broad international selection, with Canadian projects appearing alongside films and creators from around the world. The awarded work explores subjects including identity, human rights, the environment, health and personal resilience, while also representing comedy, horror, science fiction, fantasy and children's storytelling.
Beyond the films themselves, the awards recognise the individual contributions that bring them to life, including directing, acting, producing, cinematography, editing, sound design and original music. Several projects received recognition across multiple categories, reflecting achievements both on screen and behind the camera.
Congratulations to all the winners and creative teams. Discover the complete results below.
